Tangy Curried Chicken

Makes: 4 Servings

3 Tbsp. KRAFT Sandwich Spread
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
4 boneless chicken thighs
(1 lb.)
1/4 cup chopped onion

MIX sandwich spread, lemon juice, curry powder and pepper; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Turn chicken to evenly coat both sides; set aside.

COOK and stir onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 minutes or until tender.

ADD
chicken; cook 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.

Round Out The Meal
Serve with steamed vegetables and hot cooked MINUTE Brown Rice.
