Beef, Vegetable & Tortellini Soup

Ingredients:
1 portion (approximately
5 cups)
Double Batch Beef & Beans.
2 cans (13 3/4 to 14 1/2 ounces each) ready-to-serve beef broth
2 cups frozen vegetable mixture
1 cup frozen cheese tortellini
3/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, crushed
Grated Parmesan cheese
1. In large saucepan or Dutch
oven, combine beef mixture, broth, vegetables, tortellini and
Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium. Cook
8 to 10 minutes (10 to 12 minutes, if refrigerated) or until
vegetables and tortellini are tender; stir occasionally.
2. Sprinkle with cheese, as desired. Makes
4 servings (serving size: approximately 2 1/4 cups).
