Minute Beefy Chili

Ingredients:
1 portion (approximately
5 cups) Double Batch Beef & Beans.
1 jar (16 ounces) prepared picante sauce or thick and
chunky salsa
2 teaspoons chili powder
Optional toppings: dairy sour cream and chopped green onion
1. In large saucepan, combine beef mixture,
picante sauce and chili powder. Cook over medium-high heat 5
to 6 minutes (7 to 8 minutes, if refrigerated) or until hot;
stir occasionally.
2. Top with sour cream and green onion, if
desired. Makes 4 servings (serving size approximately 1 2/3
cups)
