Pinwheels With Cucumber & Olives

Ingredients:
3/4
lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
1 container (8 oz.) soft cream cheese with chives and onion
4 medium flour tortillas
1 c. cucumber, finely chopped and seeded
2 cans (4-1/4 oz. each) ripe olives, chopped and pitted

Spread cream cheese evenly on one side of each tortilla. Top
each with equal amounts or cucumber and olives. Layer deli roast
beef over olives, leaving 1/2-inch border around edges. Roll
up tightly.
2. To serve, cut each roll crosswise in half.
Makes 4 servings (serving size; 2 halves).
